Edit#2: Linking this to Glue, Scissors Paper too!
Hi Everyone!
Have you seen those great cards they make a Archiver's using the clear plastic? I have always loved them, but I'm too cheap to pay the $15 bucks for the class. Well, at Michael's craft store they had a 50% off coupon a couple of weeks ago, so for a whole lot less than 15 dollars I got a whole pack of clear plastic to play with...Yea for me!
This was my first attempt and it came out very well...(If I do say so myself!) The only note I have on this card is that I used Staz-On to stamp the word "spooky" on the acetate. Otherwise...just see the details below.
Hope everyones day isn't too spooky!
Details- Clear Craft Plastic:Grafix Arts, Paper:Reminisce and JoAnn's, Ink: Stazon, Stampin Up, Nesties, Circle punches 1", 1 1/4", 1 3/8", Stamps: Inkadinkadoo, Ribbon from my stash of stuff.
I've always meant to try making one of these kind of cards too. Love how the 'spooky' floats around the witches. Thanks for the Michael's tip. :)
ReplyDeleteThat is awesome! I, too, am thrifty so I'd need a 40 or 50% coupon, but I don't think I've ever seen the plastic at my Michaels. I'll have to give it another check.
