Hi Everyone!
My pick this week for Music Saves My Soul on Marcea's Blog is a song from Jill Sobule. She is probably most well know for her song, I Kissed A Girl (Yes, she came before Katy Perry ;) or SuperModel from back in the 90's. And those are probably my least favorites of hers, but she is someone I really *heart*. Her songs are folk inspired, story driven and have satrical lyrics. Basically smart and funny, just how I like it.
I chose this because it is a live recording, so if you don't know her, you at least get a sense of her stage presence and how much fun it is seeing her in person.
