My name, Karin, was pretty common when I was growing up...just not the spelling. Unless you are of German heritage like I am. So, I have spent my entire life answering the question, "What is your name"?... With, "Karin...with an "i"! Who knew it would come in handy all these years later when I went to name my blog.

Color Challenge Time

Hey Everyone!

Are you ready for a color challenge this week?  You are playing for the set of Mermaid Stamps by Zenwaredesigns and the colors are that of the sea!  Use, Blues, Greens and Kraft.

I took a bit of poetic licence and used a cream rather than Kraft, simply because I wanted to use this cream ribbon with a bit of sea green shimmer on it. (I don't think it shows in the photo, but it's so pretty!)The card base is a 4 1/4" X 4 1/4" square and the image extends above it a bit.  Sort of like a Tent Topper Card

If you would like to win the set, play along on the Challenge Thread at My Grafico...Can't wait to see what you create using these colors!

Details not listed above-Paper: Heidi Grace, The Paper Company, Markers: Bic, Copic, Nesties, Tag corner punch, Ribbon, rhinestones, flowers from my supplies.

LOL! I read the first line, checked out this beautiful card, and then was thinking "That doesn't look like Kraft" =)

Your ribbon is gorgeous, Karin...I can see why you wanted to use it. All of those colors look lovely together!

Love the flower that you added to her hair!! Zenware was always my favorite company over at MyGrafico - you definitely reminded me why with your card :)
