Here is my card:
I used Vicki's Versatile Background on my base in green ink. You can only see a bit peeking around the layers. Then I used the Can of Worms stamp and created the background paper. I think this normally would have been considers a focal stamp, but to get out of the box a bit, I used it this way instead.
Next I stamped and embossed the Fishing Rules stamp, fussy cutting it and attaching it with pop dots.
The fisherman would definitely find this funny :)

Great card for any fisherman. Love the pails of worms for the background and the rules are perfect (of course the only one I could follow would be the last one :-P ).
