Hi Everyone,
I
have a clean and simple thank you card to share with you today. It
uses the Ruler stamp from the most recent release and I'm thinking it
would be a great stamp for any sewing enthusiast or even a teacher. I'm
sure no one is ready to hear about back to $(#@@! yet, so notice I'm
not mentioning it :) :) :) Let's enjoy the summer while we can, right?
Anyway,
I stamped the ruler on yellow card stock, heat embossed it using clear
embossing powder, and did some easy peasy fussy cutting. I dry embossed
my white background and die cut a punny sentiment using alphabet dies.
The hardest part was trying to line up the letters. I'd like to tell
you I used that ruler to make sure the letters were straight, but I
ended up just eyeballing it after I attached the ruler with dimensional
foam tape.
Be sure to join us for our color challenge this week! Details can be found here.
