Welcome!

My name, Karin, was pretty common when I was growing up...just not the spelling. Unless you are of German heritage like I am. So, I have spent my entire life answering the question, "What is your name"?... With, "Karin...with an "i"! Who knew it would come in handy all these years later when I went to name my blog.

Rugged Cross

Hi Everyone and Happy Monday,

This digital image from I Brake for Digis named Rugged Cross, gave me the opportunity to make a more religious type card, rather than the general spring like ones that I have been making.  I know my mother in law will appreciate this when it arrives in her mailbox.

The digi was so easy to color, and I added some matching flowers and a sentiment stamped from my stash.  I admit to fiddling with it, and it shows up wonky in the picture, but I will fix that before I send it off :)

Be sure to visit the I Brake for Digis store and see the spring time digis available.  Don't forget to use the code SAVE10KARIN for 10% off your purchase each and every time!

Thanks for stopping by :)

Challenges for this card:
Bunny Zoe-Spring Flowers

Details not listed above-Paper: The Paper Company, Martha Stewart, Markers: Copic, Bic, Punches: EK Success, Marvy, Stamps: Studio G, Prima Flowers, Lace and brad from my supplies

So pretty, those flowers and lace add so much. And the sentiment and cross add a lot of character. Your cards are outstanding.

This is gorgeous. Love the lace and the soft color tones of the overall card.

I left you a blog award.... for always inspiring me, for all the support.... and although I don't generally pass along (or blog about) blog awards because time is so limited.... I hope you don't mind :-)

hugs
