Hi Everyone,
This week DRS Designs is the sponsor over at Card Patterns. Playing along and using this weeks sketch gains you a chance to win a $20.00 voucher to use at the DRS Designs store.
Ready? I present this weeks sketch:
And my card as inspiration.
Pretty literal, but I like the stamped paper I made using the Silhouette Branch background and the thank you portion from this stamp. I sent it off to my cousin who gave me a beautiful ornament for this past Christmas :)
Don't forget that DRS Designs also has a challenge on their blog every Thursday and it's another chance to win some stamps. This week the challenge is to use the spotlight technique.
For a better look at my card, hop on over and check out this post.
Thanks for stopping by today. Our weather has been beautiful these last few days. No snow and sunshine! So rare this time of year for us :)
Have a good day!

What a perfect Thank You card-thankjs for joining the Squigglefly challenge this week!
Just because it's very literal doesn't make it any less awesome or inspiring. I always struggle to challenge a sketch. I'm far too literal in that sense! I love the use of these awesome buttons and the great twine you've used on them. That branch really is a perfect background!
Love the graduated sizes of button, what a simple and effective card!
Thanks for joining our challenge at Crafty Cardmakers this week.

Very pretty, Karin! I thought you had used patterned paper, but saw that you had stamped it--well done! Thanks for joining us this week at Card Patterns!
Such an elegant creation. I love how you have created that background yourself, and it must have taken ages with the two different colours. Your buttons, although all different, just seem to match each other splendidly.
Thank you for joining us at Lexi's Creations and Crafty Cardmakers.
