My name, Karin, was pretty common when I was growing up...just not the spelling. Unless you are of German heritage like I am. So, I have spent my entire life answering the question, "What is your name"?... With, "Karin...with an "i"! Who knew it would come in handy all these years later when I went to name my blog.

Vintage Friendship

Hi Friends!

Today's card features a couple of stamps from Scrolls Work.  I wanted to used this fantastic watchface image, but I didn't want to make a masculine card.  I decided to use some vintage looking papers with a yellow and grey color scheme and played off of that when stamping the images.  I used various shades of yellow for the watches, and then stamped the friendship sentiment "We Have" right over them.
I finished it off with some rhinestones and a matching layered flower.  The result?  Definitely not masculine.

In case you missed my last post, Scrolls Work has a call out for a new design team.  Go here for all the details!

Challenges this card is linked to are as follows:
Bunny Zoe-Nice and Girly
Dutch Dare-Flowers
Prarie Fairy-Anything Goes
Magical Crafts-Flower Power
Totally Papercrafts-One for the Girls

Thanks for visiting today :)

Details not listed above: Paper: The Paper Company, Cosmo Cricket, Punches: EK Success, Fiskars, Flowers: Prima and rhinestone and brad from my supplies.
