Welcome!

My name, Karin, was pretty common when I was growing up...just not the spelling. Unless you are of German heritage like I am. So, I have spent my entire life answering the question, "What is your name"?... With, "Karin...with an "i"! Who knew it would come in handy all these years later when I went to name my blog.

Knee Replacement

Hi Everyone!

My card today features one of the stamps from the most current release at DRS Designs.  DRS Designs carries some of the most unique stamps I have ever seen and this is no exception.  Chances are, you know someone who has had knee replacement surgery.  A couple of years ago, my aunt and cousin had them done in the same year.  How fabulous that there is now a stamp for just such an occasion!  This is card is so much more personal than an ordinary get well soon one.

I kept it pretty clean and simple so that it was gender neutral.  After stamping the Simple Berry Branch, I just colored them in to match the card.

Stop by the DRS Designs blog where there is a new dose of inspiration each and every day!

Thanks for visiting!

Details not listed above-Ink: Versafine, Copic Markers, Paper: The Paper Company, Punch: EK Success, Nesties, Chalk: Stampin' Up! Ribbon: American Crafts.

Very pretty Karin, only you can take a simple sentiment and turn it into something fabulous! Those corners add a great touch to the layout too. ~Diane
