Welcome!

My name, Karin, was pretty common when I was growing up...just not the spelling. Unless you are of German heritage like I am. So, I have spent my entire life answering the question, "What is your name"?... With, "Karin...with an "i"! Who knew it would come in handy all these years later when I went to name my blog.

Cinema Saturday

Hi!

This is the inspiration movie for this weeks challenge...
This is the card I chose to make. A couple of weeks back I made a shoe themed card in black and cream and I liked it so much that I decided to go with the same type of thing for this challenge. The only requirement was that we use paper piecing on the card... I did this on the large focal point purse. (Not sure if it shows in the photo:) ) Here is the close up showing the little bit of bling I added...

As always, I love that you came to visit!

Details-Paper:Joann's, Ink: Stampin Up, Le Plume markers, Stamps: See-Dee's, Rubber Stampede, Nesties, Circle punches: 1", 1 1/4", 1 3/8", Rhinestones: Hero Arts, ribbon from my supplies

Ah, you do have an "I" for paper. The black and white theme is very elegant -- and the circle features make it very special.
